Q.
How do I purchase tickets?
A.

Serendipity Arts Festival is an open for all event of 8 days wherein all 10+ venues are open to the public* provided prior registration through the website or on-ground.

Q.
Are there accessibility options for people with physical disability?
A.

To make the Festival an approachable avenue for all, we have introduced on-ground interventions at most major venues for the aid and assistance of physically disabled individuals.

Q.
I’m having trouble logging into SAF APP (placeholder) or getting an error message while trying to register through the website. What can I do?
A.

Please contact SAF on 011-45546121 / +91-9773972220 or [email protected] at your earliest convenience, and the team will assist you.

Q.
Does my general Festival accred allow me entry to all areas?
A.

General accreds give a visitor unrestricted entry to all exhibitions, performance venues and workshops. The lounges at certain venues are not accessible with a general accred. For specific ticketed events/performances (if any), entry might be restricted without a ticket. For all program schedule, check here:

Q.
How do I collect my accreds?
A.

All accreds post registration online or on-ground are to be collected from registration desks placed within these venue premises: DB Ground, OLD GMC, PWD Building (names are TBC). Please ensure you have photo identification ready when you are collecting accreds.

Q.
Do I have to register separately for workshops?
A.

To ease the process of reserving your first come first serve spot at the workshops, we have added the functionality of curating your itinerary through the website www.serendipityartsfestival.com and through the app via login.

Please reach the venue 15 minutes prior to the workshop to avail your RSVP.
